Peter is the founder and visionary behind Asili Coffee spending all is spare time to oversee the grass roots in-field farm developments right through to monitoring the strategic direction. Since 2019, he has been CEO of private equity backed Quickmart Supermarket, growing it to 7000 staff, 60 super/hyperstores and 4 million customers across 16 counties to become Kenya’s 2nd largest retailer. He has held a number of senior board positions including Vice Chair of the Retail Trade Association, E-Moti electric bus company promoting sustainable transport, Sokoni Retail Kenya Ltd (Mauritius) and the farm land asset company Kambi Tulivu. Having returned to the ancestral coffee farm he is dedicated to returning Kenya to its historic #1 position in the coffee world.

Patrick is a full 360 management consultant leader with immense experience across a broad range of industries which have relied on his stewardship in permanent and interim positions. This includes serving as COO of Premier Healthcare Group, CEO of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, Director of Private Sector Enablers and Competitiveness at the National Economic and Social Council, Finance and Administration Director at Postbank, Head of Finance and Administration at Housing Finance Bank, CFO at The Aga Khan Hospitals, Head of Finance at Atraco Industrial Enterprises, and Head of Finance at Primefuels. He is a recognised champion of transformational change and been part of the Asili birth from the beginning. He is superbly qualified with a number of accolades recognising his thought leadership.

Olinga Taeed (PhD FIoD)
Olinga is Director of the Centre for Citizenship, Enterprise and Governance, the world’s leading not-for-profit think tank on the Movement of Value with over 220,000 members, and is Expert Advisor and Council Member of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce’s ‘Blockchain E-Commerce Committee’. He was the world’s first blockchain professor at Birmingham City University, and is Chief Editor of Frontiers in Blockchains (Switzerland), a peer review academic journal with 400+ editors. He is Chair of Arbor Verification Tech (ESG – Ho Chi Minh), MiMeta.Life (Metaverse), Bureau of Media Data and Ideology (Media – New York), and AizaWorld (Gaming – Hanoi); most recently he was appointed Chair of AITEA (AI – Beijing) populated by staff from tech giants Alibaba, Baidu and Tencent. He has spoken at The Vatican which attributed him with the “God Metric – the fastest adopted social impact metric in the world”, and is Advisor to Wildcat Petroleum Plc, a London Stock Market listed company.
